2010 March 4-7 in Riga, Latvia hosted Baltic International Festival of Wonder and Magic "Miraculous Amber", which was organized by the Baltic Association of illusionist Amber (Amber - The Association of Baltic illusionist). Magician Gennady Palchevsky (Mr. FIX)
has set a world record of human long stay inside an ice cube. To set the record Latvian magician Gennady Palchevsky (Mr. FIX) remained in a 2 by 2 meter ice cube for 64 hours and 32 minutes which is 32 minutes more than previous record set by Israeli contender.

Festival “Miraculous Amber” grows at the international level!
For today there are registered participants from 22 countries. In addition, added two new members for gala show of the festival: Roy Yozevitch - a successful Israel mentalist and close-up magician and a famous magician from France David Stone.

September 19th In Poland city Lodz there was 31 anniversary of Krajowy Klub Iluzjonistów and magic congress witch was taken for 3 days. In this International Congress there were more than 10 countryes that represent them selfs. Voronin,Kenji Minemura,Arsen Lupin,Boris Wild...

And from our association there were five people. In this three magical days there was a competition.
And we are very glad that in this competition our member FOX won the 3th Prize in Stage Magic.

August 9 in Latvia "Daugavas museum" was the official meeting with members of the association. The main theme of the meeting was The Baltic international Festival of wonder and magic “Miraculous Amber”, which is organized by the Association. The festival will be held on March 4-7, 2010 in Riga, which will be attended by illusionists from more than 20 countries. Information about the festival will be available on the website shortly.
The Association also formally submitted to the FISM festival and personally informed about this the International Presidential of FISM Mr Eric Eswin. By the same, association has been negotiating with the Russian Association of illusionist in the person of President Vladimir Rudnev for cooperation between associations.

First Baltic Festival of Illusionists: wizards to guard the positive!

5 March 2009 at 18:00 in the Palace of Culture of the WEF will be grandiose First Baltic Festival of Illusionist, who is organized by AMBER - The Association of Baltic Illusionist . More than 50 illusionist from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Ukraine, Russia, the Czech Republic and Poland will come to the feast of optimism!

January 4 in Latvia "Riga Black Magic" Bar was the official meeting with members of the association. The main theme of the meeting was the First Baltic Festival of Illusionists, which is organized by the Association. The festival will be held on March 5, 2009 in Riga, which will be attended by illusionists from different countries. Information about the festival will be available on the website shortly. Also, to the association came three new illusionists.

This 11th of November month there was a meeting of members of "AMBER - The Association of Baltic Illusionists", where for speading a misstating information and also for outcoming magician actions adjudged Dace and Enriko Pecolli. For these kind of magicians actions was accapted like humiliation of all art of magic and illusion. Also for these outcoming actions Dace and Enriko Pecolli was adjudged by the presedent of Estonians magician club Erih Udras and the president of Lithuanian magicians club Jonas Ziemelis and the vice president of Lithuanian magicians club Arvydas Stonys.

2008.11.30 In the 30th of November in Kiev there was an official opening of a new branch «Amber The association of baltic illusionists» in Ukraine. The representative person become Aleksej Titarenko. Aleksej Titarenko is honoured artist in Ukraine and a teacher of the art of illusion. The meeting showed that illusionists have a big interest to communicate between colleagues and share the experience between.

Also spending the time in the Ukraine, association was on the soup bubble show „Bubble opera” in performance of clownery artists. And visit variety-circus colledge in which illusionists are instruct.

That seminar was about European-Chinese magic by our association member Sergey Stupakov There was a good news about our association, our association is escalates and a new branch is open in Ukraine.
